Project Management

CBRNE Organizations are in a constant state of flux due to unsure funding mechanisms such as diminishing budgets and grant management issues. Often “special” projects lack personnel or direction to ensure timely completion.
When an agency is in need of a fast turnaround on a short-term project, we can coordinate for the best skill sets and prices to ensure success. While it is not economical to staff a full-time PM, it is critical to have a driven, focus oriented team capable of proper planning and coordination. We can fill this management gap.

CBRNE Exercise Development

CBRNE exercises are complicated events that require coordination across multiple response agencies, levels of government, and technical experts. Properly planned and integrated, exercises can be conducted at low cost, meeting all player needs
while reinforcing proper technique. Small-scale exercises are developed in order to address specific training concerns of a single unit or organization, while larger events focus on intra agency coordination and interoperability. In addition to creating events that mimic real world operations, we will pressure teams to increase dynamic problem solving, at every level, while validating operating procedures though detailed after action analysis and reporting.

CBRNE Training

Success in the CBRNE response world requires a consistent growth and development of relevant job skills though introduction of diverse CBRNE scenarios. The first step in this process is technical training on the CBRNE mission, which includes agency specific education on
operating procedures and capabilities. The mission overview prepares students to delve into complex tabletop exercises that challenge them to employ both operator level and strategic understanding of the CBRNE environment.

Equipment User Testing

Industry strives to create the best possible solutions to the CBRNE Response Enterprise. In order to ensure that the nuances of equipment functionality, form and fit, do not interfere with the production and deployment of that equipment we have created
a format for end user testing. With a focus on down-range equipment, we utilize new equipment in a variety of situations and variety of conditions. Through this testing, we identify end user shortcomings in order to avoid unnecessary development delays. The best tie for this evaluation is pre-production on prototyped pieces of equipment.
